The T-bar has a small post on one end and a large post on the other. The small post fits inside the hole on the post of the jewelry and the large post fits over the top of the post of the jewelry.
To use the T-bar, fit the small post inside the hole on the post of the jewelry and hold the jewelry in one hand. With the other hand, fit the large post over the top of the post of the jewelry and turn the large post counterclockwise. This will tighten the post on the jewelry.
