Founded by Lee and Ora Ferris, the company has upheld a principled commitment to professionalism and exceptional customer service for the past 7 decades. At the time of their opening, Lee and Ora had limited resources but used their expertise in appraisals and minting to build Ferris into a solid business.
As times changed, Lee and Ora’s son, John Ferris, took over Ferris Coin & Jewelry in 1975 and worked diligently to expand its services for customers. Under John’s leadership, the company began offering gold investments, banking services, precious metals trading and IRA accounts. In addition to the expansions of services that John offered he also maintained his parents passion for interpersonal relationships with customers contributing to their well-earned reputation of dedication and excellence in customer care that they are known for today.
The business is now co-managed by John Ferris’s two sons: Paul and Phillip Ferris.
